All children have a huge chip on their shoulder. They are convinced that we have their less notice.
They keep the thought in their mind that most of the time we ignore them , we disregard their view point and we don't care of their feelings.
And I must say that they are some how very right.
We do all these things .
Not all the time but most of the time we do this .
Put ourself in their shoe , thinking from their perspective may make us more thoughtful.
Let's suppose, My niece came to me with a sad face , on asking she told me that she has missed her season and she was feeling completely lost. Now here comes the dual ways , either I ignore or I sit with her , give her some amount of empathy and record the season for her and give it to her. It will not take so long but for the entire life she will be welcoming from my side to take any of her problem to me .
Some times our children don't need immense amount of finance or Gadgets but they just need a hug to let them know that they are not ignored by us .
We are there for them, listening to them , taking Solution for their problems.
